Marie brought Christian home and saw my messy house. If I thought she cared that we sometimes live like slobs I would act like I am embarrassed. But I know better.
Ethan is going away for three days. Sandy’s mom and dad are taking Brandon (Sandy’s son) camping and he is allowed to bring a friend, so they asked if Ethan could go. He is a little nervous but more excited than anything. I am a little nervous but will wait to have my breakdown until the drive home from Sandy’s.
Not that I don’t trust her parents. Believe me… if I didn’t trust them, Ethan wouldn’t go. It is just that he has never really been away from home, other than a few days at my mom’s. (I was a nervous wreck then, too.)
I should not be the drop off person. When I dropped Christian off for his Boy Scout camp I sat in the parking lot and cried like a baby. Luckily it was dark out, so he didn’t have to die of embarrassment.
Being the most anal person on the face of the earth, I have started planning through high school. So far I have history, math, science and Latin done.
I still need to find a good German program. I need something that teaches grammar but isn’t so boring they hate it. so far we haven’t found anything. Any ideas?
The Plan, so far
